Are your reeds play-tested?

Yes! I try out every reed myself to make sure it plays well. After that, I clean and disinfect it carefully so it’s safe and ready to use when you get it.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

To cancel a subscription, you need to complete payment for at least your first two orders. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime.

How long does the order process take?


Processing usually takes up to 4 days. Shipping then takes around 2–14 days working, depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on the way.

What if my reed is damaged or doesn’t work?


Just send me a message! If your reed arrives damaged or unplayable, I’ll send you a new one or give you your money back.

What if the reed I receive doesn’t suit me?


Every oboist is unique, and I understand that each player has their own specific needs. If the reed you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, contact me and I will create reeds just for you and save your preferences for future orders.
